**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently
+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance
+ Load, transport, and stockpile materials in accordance with production needs
+ Follow site safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations
