Equipment Maintenance Supervisor (Swing Shift)

The Supervisor-General Maintenance is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities assets in addition to all general building maintenance within the service territory.
Responsible for the maintenance of all company property and facilities in a safe, functional, and attractive manner and assistance to other departments in this regard by providing resources and specialized equipment.
Assigns work to subordinates, selecting proper crews and assuring the availability of equipment needed to complete assignments.
The successful candidate should be well versed in Confined Space entry procedures, Lockout/Tagout, Hot Work Safety, work zone and water safety.
The incumbent may encounter obstacles such as inclement weather, equipment breakdown, mechanical failure or manpower shortages due to absenteeism. Responsible for providing oversight of contracted services on Watershed property and ensure service levels are “best in class”.
