Equipment Engineer (West/ Manufacturing)

• Equipment Troubleshooting & Maintenance
  • • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, including:
  • • Vacuum systems (TMP, gauges, pumps)
  • • Sputter machines (Anelva or equivalent preferred)
  • • Motion systems (motors, drivers)
  • • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
• In‑house Overhaul & Servicing (Key Focus)
  • • Perform in‑house servicing and overhaul for:
  • • Disk rotation mechanisms (units, bearings, seals, alignment)
  • • Rotary magnet cathodes (disassembly, inspection, rebuild, balancing)
  • • Reduce dependency on OEM by:
  • • Reverse engineering parts where feasible
  • • Developing internal procedures and standards

• • 2–5years’ experience in manufacturing / semiconductor equipment
• • Stronghands-on experience in:
  • • Mechanical assembly/disassembly
