Texas Instruments is seeking experienced Equipment Engineer to join our Smart Manufacturing and Automation team. The role will be responsible for the tool optimization, including productivity, stability and cost. Detailed responsibilities include:
+ Use TI fab tool data to identify actionable optimization strategies and improve tool KPIs, such as availability, utilization, efficiency, PPH, MTBC, MTTR and parts lifetime etc.
+ Develop AI/ML data-driven solutions to validate hypotheses
+ Work with international fab experts to provide TI’s in-house solutions for:
+ PM scheduling, unplanned PM, PM quality and prolongation
+ Inhibition, idle and clean analysis and strategies
+ Golden tool analysis, EC (equipment constants) data mining and management
+ Robot arm movement efficiency
+ Parts management, including lifetime estimation, failure prediction and quality che...
