Support new tool installation and qualification. Achieve planned for output ramp vendor release schedules on new tools and system conversions. Work closely with the process engineers, process lead and LOL on start-ups and conversions to meet required in-service dates. Support future engineering modifications needed for Micron’s products. Work closely with process engineering, planning and R&D for the timely execution of all modifications. Track equipment performance and develop Pareto analysis of tool issues.
