ATKL Packing Material Coordinator

Accountable for driving total ATKL packing cost implementation, packing material standardization, and packing quality across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with equipment, manufacturing, and supplier to improve packing quality related processes.
• Lead TBE NPI for packing related initiatives and ensure timely execution.
• Lead or update SOP, SWE, OCAP, FMEA, and control plan related to the packing process.
• Perform packing qualification for tray, carrier tape, cover tape, desiccant, HIC, box, and bubble wrap.
• Update packing methods changed in the APL system.
• Manage packing material submission updates (Enovia, Beeline, GMDM & MMPR).
• Develop and implement the APL fully.
• Create and maintain SOP, SWE, OCAP, FMEA, and control plan related to packing process.
• Submit new items in MMPR/GMDM for General Store ordering.
