This position is a key member of the Engineering team, in charge of improving, sustaining and troubleshooting Metrology equipment.
What you will do
Ownership of the site metrology equipment toolset – Initially under the guidance of existing tool ownersPublish and own tool recovery plans for owned tool sets that have been down for > 24 hoursProvide highly innovative solutions for equipment issues to enable recoveries avoiding very high cost or no obvious solution situations (even with Vendor support)Approve / Critique detailed technical procedures for Equipment PMs/Tool Operation/OCAPSWeekly reporting of key tool indices (OEE, Availability, PM KPIs)Drive availability improvement through baseline equipment performance analysis and improvement projects working with Process, Integration, R&D, Vendors.Assist in new product integration where tool modification or set up is required.Develop cross tool type c...
