Equipment Engineer

Job Description
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving equipment reliability to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. Provides front-line technical support, performs preventive and corrective maintenance, and works closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and enhance machine performance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues and restore machines to normal operation quickly.
Support daily production by providing front-line technical assistance and responding promptly to breakdowns.
Analyze recurring failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve machine performance.
