Job Description

About the role:


We’re looking for a consultant to help us strengthen our approach to equality, diversity and inclusion across our Hub and wider work.


This is a short, focused project working with a friendly, purpose-led team, with a real opportunity to shape how we create a more inclusive and accessible space for our community.


What you’ll do:

  • Review how we currently deliver services and engage with a diverse community

  • Identify practical ways to improve accessibility and inclusion

  • Deliver ED&I training for staff

  • Provide guidance on inclusive behaviours, language and service delivery

    • Project details:

  • £350 per day

  • 2–3 days

  • Estimated total £700–£1,050 (depending on scope)

  • Remotely based
