Akima Mission Optimization (AMO) is seeking an **Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Management Analyst** to work in Dahlgren, VA. The successful candidate will provide on-site support at NSWC Dahlgren Division with day-to-day operational activities supporting the Corporate Operations Department, EEO Division.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead the creation, implementation, and maintenance of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program policies and procedures.
+ Exercise independent judgment during the review, analysis, and validation of data to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and facilitate resolution to ensure compliance with policy.
+ Manage the EEO internal website by updating information, to include metrics, guidance, policies, procedures, and reference materials.
+ Lead the compilation and analysis of data necessary for EEO compliance, reporting, and monitoring.
