Summary This position functions as the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program Manager. This position is located in the Office of the Director at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC), Houston, Texas in the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office and directly aligned under the Medical Center Director. Responsibilities Major Duties: Assists the Office of Resolution Management (ORM), Regional Counsel, and Administrative law Judges with investigations and hearings, In collaboration with ORM Field Offices, serves, as the local liaison, for all aspects of the agency's complaint processing program. Serves as the representative for MEDVAMC in establishing and maintaining contact with local community groups which are interested in civil rights and/or equal opportunity.
