EPOS Tech Implementer / Trainer

The Role

We're looking for a proactive, customer focused individual to support the installation and implementation of retail and hospitality EPOS equipment. The role also involves coaching and supporting staff from a variety of backgrounds, including pubs, restaurants, kitchens and cafes. This would suit an individual who enjoys being on the road, has a variety of work environments and is customer driven. Full support and training will be provided to successful applicants. This role includes a company car.

Summary Of Main Responsibilities And Activities

• Attend customer sites in line with your schedule of works to conduct implementation services.
• Conduct system coaching and training in line with the specification of the customer IT solutions.
• Provide Go Live Support to the management and staff of the site.
• Complete all site-specific documentation to include site sign off and report site issues to Project Hub.
