Serve patients at Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre as an Epileptologist, facilitating high-quality, timely care for complex epilepsy cases transitioning from pediatric settings. Collaborate with a well-respected team in a growing program.
This role targets an epileptologist for the pediatric to adult transitional clinic, focusing on young adults with new or ongoing epilepsy diagnoses. You will help create and develop multidisciplinary programs for complex conditions and work closely with the new Epilepsy Monitoring Unit at Surrey Memorial Hospital to expand vital services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Specialize in transitional epilepsy care for patients
• Develop multidisciplinary programs for complex epilepsy
• Assess young adults with recent seizures or epilepsy
• Aid in operational development of the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit
