Epic Healthy Plant and Ambulatory Analyst

CTG is seeking a skilled **Epic Healthy Planet and Ambulatory Analyst** to join our team. The Epic Healthy Planet & Ambulatory Analyst will provide application support, optimization, and maintenance for two key Epic modules: **Healthy Planet (population health)** and **EpicCare Ambulatory (clinical outpatient workflows)** . This role is responsible for ensuring reliable system performance, supporting end‑users, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with operational leaders to enhance workflows. The analyst splits their time between both applications, balancing day‑to‑day support with ongoing improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Application Support & Troubleshooting**

+ Provide daily tier‑2/3 support for Healthy Planet and Ambulatory end‑users, including clinicians, care managers, and operational staff.
