Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in IT Support, or End User Support.
- Experience with Active Directory, user account administration, and access management.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and peripheral device issues.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
- Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of remote support tools and remote troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills:
Monitor and inspect the condition of existing devices and equipment (Access Points, switches, PCs, and printers).
