EOI Senior Project Managers/ Project Directors

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, construction management or a related discipline
• 10+ years’ experience in project management, particularly in building and construction projects
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Proven ability in contract management, contract administration, and design management
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); MS Project desirable
• New Zealand citizenship or appropriate working rights
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification is highly regarded
