Job Description

Ventia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to join our Defence Clothing System team. Reporting to the National Fleet Manager, this role is responsible for managing inventory across the national network, ensuring the availability, suitability, and compliance of clothing and PPE items in alignment with Defence requirements.
This role will ideally be located in Melbourne, however consideration may be given to other locations. 
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory control for Combat, Non-Combat, or PPE categories.

Monitor and report on inventory suitability and fitness for purpose.

Collaborate with Defence stakeholders and internal teams to ensure inventory integrity.

Liaise with Engineering on specifications and manage RODUMS (Report on Defective or Unsatisfactory Materials).

Support forecasting and supply planning activities.
