  • Time: 12:00 PM 3:00 PM (Time-specific client has morning appointments)
  • Service Type: Social Support Shopping / Outing Domestic Assistance (as required)
  • Service Description: Provide social support and accompany the client for shopping or an outing.
  • Preferred destinations: Campsie or Roselands Shopping Centre, depending on the client's wellbeing. May include having coffee and helping purchase lotto tickets. After returning home, the client may request light domestic support (e.g. taking washing off the line). If the client is not feeling well, adjust the service to suit their needs. Client Considerations Client is undergoing chemotherapy treatment please be mindful and flexible with support provided. Uses a 4-wheel walker (4WW), which must be taken along during outings.
