Job Description

your responsibilities will include:
Reporting to the Clinical Services Coordinator, you will be required to provide leadership to our Environmental Services team (Cleaning, Waste and Linen) whilst delivering a high standard of service to our patients, staff and visitors.
You will be responsible for the management of the Environmental Services staff and ensure a high level of Environmental Services across the facility.
Manage rostering, staffing and day to day supervision of team.
Communicate and deal with contractors to facilitate managing waste, linen and cleaning services.
Review and develop work tasks and schedules for the environmental services team.
Operate in line with infection control standards and WHS policy & procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service to patients, clients and staff.
