**Role Overview**
Sodexo is seeking an **Environmental Services - Custodial Manager** to join our team at **Loomis Lakeside** at **Reeds Landing** in **Springfield, MA.** This upscale senior community has 120 Independent Living apts, 42 skilled beds and 30 assisted living apts. In this role, the EVS Manager will supervise a team of approx 18 employees and oversee all custodial, cleaning and laundry care for the residents. Ability to work Mon-Fri with some flexiibility preferred.
**What You'll Do**
+ oversee the cleanliness of the facility and support laundry, as well as other operational activities;
+ develop and motivate a team of 20+ hourly employees (floor techs and cleaners) to exceed the expectations of clients and residents;
+ schedules, training, ordering and assignment of duties;and/or
+ has experience improving resident satisfaction, and driving full compliance to local, state and federal standards.
