Job Description
The Environmental Safety Manager provides program-level health and safety oversight for federal environmental projects, ensuring full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and related regulations. This role develops and manages safety programs and site-specific Health and Safety Plans, supports emergency and rapid-response operations, and drives continuous improvement of environmental health and safety performance across multiple contractors and project sites.
Responsibilities
Oversee contractor health and safety programs under federal contract requirements for agencies such as EPA, USACE, or similar organizations.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations, including 29 CFR 1910.120, across all assigned projects and activities.
