  Position Description 
 The Senior Trainers will report to the Project Manager and serve as Valiant’s lead on curriculum development and training implementation. The Senior Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training to partner nation military forces to build individual sailor proficiency in Environmental Responsibility and Hull Preservation specially:
 Protection and prevention of loss of life, accidents, and occupational diseases through safe working conditions
 Proper disposal of hazardous materials
 Preventing and managing oil spills
 Hull painting techniques
 Prevention and repair of hull chipping
 De-rusting procedures
 Weatherproofing methods
 Corrosion prevention strategies
