Introduction

The Drainage Programs work with landowners, tax ditch organizations and federal, state and local agencies to improve drainage, stormwater management and water quality in Delaware.

Summary Statement

Position will serve as the Program Manager II of the Division of Watershed Stewardship’s Drainage Program which supports and promotes collaborative efforts of state, federal, local agencies and private organizations to achieve mutual goals and objectives. Manage and oversee the Resource Conservation and Development Fund Program. Responsibilities include planning, budget development and implementation of water management projects. This position also includes the development of staff and programmatic priorities, budgets and reports for the expenditure of appropriated Bond Bill funds. Coordinate with the Sussex, Kent and New Castle County Conservation Districts to implement program objectives.
