**Minimum Qualifications:**

Bachelor’s degree in environmental, natural, or applied science, or related field, and seven (7) years of related experience. 24- or 40-hour HAZWOPER certification within 6 months of hire is required.

***Must have a valid Texas driver's license and be able to operate a UTMB vehicle.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Master’s degree in environmental, natural, or applied science, or related field with seven (7) years of related experience. One or more of the following licenses or certifications:

+ Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM)
+ Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM)
+ Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
+ Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
