Your Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager at our Adana site. As a key member of the Site Operations Team and part of the EHS Centre of Excellence (CoE), the job holder will facilitate the deployment of ADM’s safety, health and environmental strategy across the location. You will ensure compliance with regulatory and ADM standards and help drive continuous improvement of EHS performance and results.

Your Responsibilities 
Safety, Health and Environment Management:

  • You will work closely with the EHS CoE to co-ordinate the deployment of ADM’s safety, health and environmental strategy across the location with the aim of zero injuries or incidents.
  • You will work closely with location management on Employee Training / Competence / Skills to identify needs and progress and develop individuals with a learning pathway across multi disciplines.
