Environmental Field Technician

**Job Title: CDL A or B driver / Heavy Equipment Operator**

**Job Description**

The Environmental Field Technician responds to environmental emergencies and supports field and office operations related to spill response, hazardous material handling, and site clean-up. This role operates a variety of mechanical equipment, performs manual labor in challenging outdoor conditions, and ensures accurate documentation of field activities. The technician works closely with supervisors, team members, and the public to safely conduct clean-up, decontamination, and environmental remediation tasks.

**Responsibilities**

+ Respond to environmental emergencies within a 24-hour period and support spill response operations.
+ Perform technical field work and related office tasks, including preparing reports and completing Field Dailies.
