ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL OFFICER

• Advise Occupier/Project Manager on environmental issues affecting the construction site.
• Identify and discuss environmental health irregularities or potential lapses with the Occupier/Project Manager of the construction site, and recommend corresponding measures to prevent or rectify such concerns.
• Conduct regular environmental inspections to ensure compliance with statutory and contractual requirements, including those set by NEA, PUB, and other relevant authorities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor site‑specific Site Environmental Control Programme (SECP) in line with local environmental regulations, project specifications, and organisational sustainability goals.
• Prepare and submit to the occupier a Site Environmental Control Report (SECR).
• Attend to all feedback on any irregularities and inform the Occupier of the construction site accordingly.
