EHS Support – Permanent position located in Porriño, Spain .

Responsibilities

• Manage the EHS Management system ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 processes and activities
• Ensure the compliance within all EHS legal requirements (government, local, etc.)
• Promote and maintain the Wärtsilä Health, Safety & Environment policy, procedures and mindset in the company
• Develop and maintain the safety culture and the Wärtsilä EHS standards
• Define, communicate, and deploy action plans and key initiatives within own responsibility area
• Identify and evaluate the problems of the company’s EHS Management System, propose appropriate solutions and verify the implementation and compliance of these solutions
• Identify and record any problems related to EHS aspects or risks, analyse the causes and make proposals for improvements
