Join our team in İzmir and help us build a safer, more sustainable future. We’re looking for an EHS Specialist who will drive our environment, health, and safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement across the plant.
What You’ll Do
Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure full compliance
Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, JSA studies
Investigate minor incidents and follow up on corrective actions
Lead EHS reporting and documentation aligned with internal & external standards
Deliver EHS trainings and support safety culture development
Coordinate with contractors and ensure adherence to HSE requirements
Support ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (and preferably ISO 9001) compliance and audits
