Role Purpose
The HSE Manager will be based on Navalmoral de la Mata – Extremadura. You will help establish and lead a world‑class HSE function to support both existing operations and the new battery gigafactory in Navalmoral de la Mata. You will ensure legal compliance, promote a zero‑incident safety culture, anticipate and mitigate risks, and advance environmental stewardship across all Spanish operations. This is a hands‑on manager role embedded in a high‑growth, high‑risk environment.
