Environment Construction Engineer, AWS Data Center Environment

Description
The EMEA Environmental Team seeks an experienced Environmental Engineer to provide environmental oversight for data center construction projects across the EMEA Region. This individual will work closely with the Global Construction Program Lead to develop and implement program requirements, conduct risk assessments, and ensure environmental compliance throughout the construction lifecycle from design through to Facilities Handover.

Key job responsibilities
- Construction Environmental Oversight
Provide on-site assessment and oversight of construction environmental risks for AWS data center projects in the EMEA region. Complete Construction Environmental Risk Forms during pre-design to identify high-risk aspects. Conduct environmental inspections using standardized checklists at AWS permitted/owned sites during pre-PFHO construction.
