The agent will be responsible for managing payment transactions, verifying payment details, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and assisting in resolving payment-related discrepancies. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records of transactions and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely processing and reporting.
