+ Issue POs in a timely manner
+ Communicates and follows up with suppliers on order status
+ Coordinates with suppliers and process PO changes
+ Interpret contract terms and conditions
+ Unitize metrics and dashboard to ensure timely completion of tasks
+ Facilitates supplier/subcontractor business relationships, delivery requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations
