Essential duties and responsibilities:

+ Assist in training, motivating, and communicating with store staff

+ Promote professional and personalized donor and customer relations

+ Organize and maintain sales floor and displays

+ Assist with meeting and exceeding budgeted sales and margin goals

+ Delegate essential tasks

+ Lead by example to assure compliance with policies and procedures
