General Function:
The ROC Logistics Associate is responsible for the accurate receipt, picking, packing, stocking, shipment and inventory accuracy of Retail client inventory on a daily basis.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Accurately receive, pick, pack, stock, count and ship inventory on a daily basis with exceptional customer service and accuracy.
Be a point of contact (POC) and subject matter expert (SME) for ROC supported Managers and Field Technicians regarding inventory, SIMS and RMS
Responsible for ensuring data integrity and accuracy of all transactions within the inventory management system.
