Entry-Level Electrical Engineer

Job Description

+ Support the planning, engineering, and design of electric and gas distribution systems to meet reliability and regulatory requirements.

+ Assist in determining the need, size, location, and timing of power delivery infrastructure development, balancing economic, environmental, social, and regulatory constraints.

+ Develop work packages for overhead distribution, underground distribution, and residential distribution projects.

+ Perform field engineering activities, including site visits and field inspections, to gather data and verify project requirements.

+ Identify and document conflicting utilities and existing infrastructure conditions in the field and incorporate findings into design plans.

+ Prepare and update engineering and design calculations for distribution projects using established procedures and standards.
