Entry Level EDM & CNC Programmer

We are seeking a ENTRY LEVEL **EDM & CNC Programmer** to join a growing tooling department. In this role, you will be CNC and EDM setting up, programming, and operating a variety of CNC and manual machines to manufacture and repair molds, dies, and tooling components.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong machining knowledge who enjoys working with precision equipment and tight tolerances.

**_DIRECT HIRE_**

**Pay: $22–$30/hr (higher for the right candidate!)**
**Location: Spring Lake, MI**
**Schedule: First shift 7am-3:30pm (5-8 hours of OT during the week) Rare weekend work**

**Key Responsibilities**


+ Learning Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and EDM machines
+ Learning programming using G-code and/or CAM software
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
+ Learning to work with tight tolerances (as close as 0.0005”)
