Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) seeks a Customer Experience Representative to be the first voice on the recovery journey. After a comprehensive induction, you’ll support clients and providers via inbound calls, emails, and live chat, delivering accurate information with empathy. 
As an entry-level role, ACC will train you and provide growth opportunities. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 40 hours, on a rotating roster, with a start date on 12 October 2026 and a salary of $60,486 plus 9%
