Entry Level - Cleanup

Overview

This position's primary function is to keep the facility clean, safe, and operational. This is a full time position with cross training lead-ins to operate some of the advanced equipment in the facility. Work Schedule: Monday-Tuesday & Thursday-Friday (3:00am - 1:30pm) Flexible as needed. Wage starts at $22.00 per hour ($45,760 per year before any shift differentials, overtime and production bonuses). Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals.

Operator 1- Cleanup crew is just the first step towards a long list of exciting and diverse job opportunities available at Hampton. As you are trained on different jobs in each department to assist with breaks, you will gain the job experience to be able to apply internally when advanced positions with increased wages become available.
