Entry-Level Cable Technician

Job Description:
We are seeking multiple cable technicians to support infrastructure build-out inside a large data center project in Leesburg, VA. These roles involve a wide range of hands-on technical and construction-focused tasks, from installing, routing, and terminating cabling throughout the facility to installing cable trays and assembling server cabinets. We have openings for both entry-level and mid-level candidates who are eager to learn, work with their hands, and contribute to a large-scale data center build.
What You’ll Do:
You will work alongside experienced technicians and team leads to help build and support the technical backbone of a major data center. Responsibilities may include:

+ Install and route cabling (copper and fiber) throughout the facility, including running, dressing, and terminating cable.

+ Build and install cable trays, ladder racks, and other pathway systems across various areas of the data center.
