Panel Building
Assemble and wire industrial control panels based on schematics
Learn electrical components, layouts, and best practices
Assist with testing and quality checks before panels leave the shop
Phase 2: Skill Development
Support technicians and engineers with system builds and installations
Learn troubleshooting techniques for electrical and automation systems
Gain exposure to automation equipment, robotics, and control systems
Phase 3: Automation &
Controls
Assist with PLC-based systems and machine controls
Support startup, commissioning, and debugging of equipment
