**Summary:**
Meta is seeking an experienced and highly adaptable sales leader with demonstrated success driving enterprise-level technical sales. This leader will own and grow a consultative sales team focused on unlocking the potential of Business Messaging and AI capabilities to take millions of businesses to an Agentic future. This leader will be a creative, strategic and work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for clients and build high-performing teams. They will be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, possesses enterprise and technical design sales experience — preferably in driving growth and consumption for SaaS solutions in a multi-product environment — and who is an effective coach with a bias for action.
