What You'll Do

• Two Enterprise Support Specialist roles (one permanent, one 12-month fixed-term). Based in Auckland or Hamilton, focusing on broad commercial, customer and operational experience while supporting Genesis' largest business customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Metering, Market, Switching and Customer Management teams to gain exposure across the Enterprise business, build relationships and grow your career.
• Prepare tailored pricing and repricing proposals that support customer retention and acquisition objectives.
• Provide day-to-day support for Enterprise customers, handle enquiries, account requests and portfolio updates across multiple channels.
