The Sr. Staff (or Staff) Developer, Windchill PLM System will design and develop our enterprise-wide PLM Systems configurations and workflows improvement initiatives ensuring it aligns with business goals and technical needs. This key role requires a deep understanding of windchill PLM features and capabilities, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design of PTC Creo, Windchill & Thingworx Navigator configuration, minor customizing, implementing, and maintaining the system to meet specific Engineering and operation business needs.
