- SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.X (BI 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3) — administration and development.

- Web Intelligence (WebI) — advanced report development, complex formulas, merged dimensions, drill-through.

- Universe Design Tool (UDT) and Information Design Tool (IDT) — universe creation, contexts, joins, LOVs.

- Crystal Reports — pixel-perfect reporting, sub-reports, formulas, database connectivity.

- SAP Lumira / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration knowledge.

- Strong expertise in SQL, stored procedures, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA).

- SAP BW, S/4HANA, and HANA Studio integration with BO platform.
