Enterprise Demand Management Governance Lead

We’re looking for someone to lead and improve how infrastructure work gets prioritized and approved across IT teams. This person will manage the intake process, run governance meetings, and ensure the right infrastructure initiatives move forward based on business needs and capacity.
What You’ll Do

+ Manage intake for infrastructure demand (network, systems, cloud, etc.)

+ Run governance/stage-gate meetings and drive decisions

+ Ensure requests meet standards and are properly prioritized

+ Track pipeline health (cycle time, throughput, bottlenecks)

+ Handle escalations and document decisions

+ Build reports and dashboards for leadership

+ Partner with business, finance, and infrastructure teams

+ Improve processes and enforce governance standards
