1. Nature of the main tasks

• Drive the design of scalable data architectures aligned with ECHA’s enterprise architecture and support a federated, domain-oriented data mesh approach.
• Oversee the development of domain-level data products ensuring they are discoverable, interoperable, secure, and aligned with business capabilities.
• Design and implement data integration pipelines using Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Influence data modelling standards to support advanced analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives on the Azure platform.
• Contribute to the development of data governance, metadata management, and data cataloguing practices using Microsoft Purview.
