JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for managing the design process and Art and Design team, plus execute innovative design solutions for marquee projects produced by Entertainment including but not limited to all Live Shows, limited-time attractions, and park-wide decoration packages.

エンターテインメント部門が制作する、すべてのライブショー、期間限定アトラクション、パーク全体のデコレーションパッケージなどの主要プロジェクトを対象に、デザインプロセスおよびアート＆デザインチームのマネジメントを担当するとともに、革新的なデザインソリューションを担って頂きます。

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the design vision and execution of all concepts for New Projects and reoccurring Projects in Blue Sky phases as well as occasionally executing final design packages for presentation making sure they meet client expectations and Universal Studios Japan standards.

・Manage the Art and Design Staff to include Senior Scenic Designers, Senior Graphic Designers, AutoCAD Draftsmen, Sketch-up Artist, Illustrators, Senior Art Supervisors, Creative Consultants and Graphic Designers.
