Patient Care Coordinator

Our friendly and skilled Patient Care Coordinators are key members of our care team. They welcome our patients, coordinate check in/out, and ensure all follow-up care is scheduled before patients exit our office. They also assist with administrative tasks including routing correspondence, coordinating patient documentation, and eligibility/schedule review to ensure a smooth flow for our providers' schedules. This role is full-time, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. The primary location is St. Joe's with occasional travel to other locations as needed.

This role will report to the Scheduling Lead.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES of the PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

• Register and schedule patients for a range of ENT, Sleep, Imaging, Cosmetic, Allergy, Audiology, Oral Appliance, and Post-Operative appointments.

• Ensure appropriate and accurate data entry of patient information.
