Responsibilities

• Handle EDI, ERA, EFT and Eligibility enrollments with insurance payers and clearinghouses.
• Follow up on pending enrollments and resolve rejections/issues.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and documentation.
• Coordinate with billing teams, providers, and payers regarding enrollment status, rejections, and missing enrollments.
• Troubleshoot claim submission and remittance setup issues

Qualifications / Skills

• Experience with EDI/ERA/EFT enrollments in medical billing.
• Knowledge of clearinghouses and insurance payer portals.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
